Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By registering and using the NeoGo service at neogo.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

NeoGo is a SaaS platform that allows you to create, configure, and manage AI agents for task automation through messaging apps (Telegram, Discord, Slack, WhatsApp). The service includes access to the web platform, agent provisioning, and technical support according to your plan.

3. Account Registration

To use the service, you must create an account with a valid email address and a Telegram account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your access credentials secure
• All activities performed under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Plans and Payments

Plans and pricing are displayed at registration. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged according to the billing period you select (monthly or annual). Charges are made in advance.

If payment fails, access may be suspended after prior notice. Applicable local taxes are the user's responsibility.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — access continues until expiration.

Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase. After that period, no pro-rated refunds are issued.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use NeoGo for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Violation of third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy)
• Intentional overloading of service infrastructure
• Resale or sublicensing of the service without express authorization

Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The NeoGo platform, including code, design, brand, and content, is the exclusive property of the service operator. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service under these terms.

Data and content you submit remain your property.

8. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use or inability to use the service.

NeoGo's total liability to any user is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months of subscription.

10. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent Brazilian courts.
