Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to and using the NeoGoApp service at neogo.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Provider Identification

NeoGoApp is provided by Rosaldo Alves, an individual established in São Carlos/SP, Brazil. Contact: [email protected]. The Brazilian taxpayer registration number (CPF) will be provided upon request via the contact email.

3. Description of Service

NeoGoApp is an intelligent assistance service that lets you delegate tasks to Neo through the Code menu of your Claude (app or web). Neo engages specialized agents and performs tasks using your own Claude assistant (a bring-your-own-account model — you use your own Anthropic account) and the services you have connected to it. The service includes access to the web dashboard, the Claude plugin, the MCP connector, a container app that runs on your own machine, and the dashboard terminal (Access your Neo) — through which you reach the Neo installed on that machine, send it files and take results back. That terminal's screen travels through our server, which acts only as a bridge: nothing is stored or read (see the Privacy Policy).

Requirements: installing the container requires Docker on a machine of your own. That machine needs to stay powered on and online for Neo to work continuously — while it is off, your Neo is not running.

4. Registration and Account

Your account is created automatically once your first payment is confirmed. You must connect your own Claude assistant (Anthropic account) to use the service. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your access credentials secure
• All activities performed under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Plan and Payments

NeoGoApp has a single plan, priced at US$ 9.90/month, with no tiers. Payments are processed by Stripe and charged monthly in advance.

The subscription covers one active installation at a time. To move to another machine, remove the previous installation in the dashboard — the seat is freed immediately.

If payment fails, access may be suspended after prior notice. Applicable local taxes are the user's responsibility.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — access continues until expiration.

Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you may withdraw from the contract within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase, with a refund of the amount paid. Outside this statutory right, no refunds are issued, including pro-rated refunds for periods already paid or in progress.

Once the period ends, use of Neo stops, but the dashboard remains reachable for 6 months so you can resubscribe without losing your place. After that window the account is anonymized automatically, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your workspace is not affected by any of this — it lives on your own machine.

7. Authorization and Responsibility for Actions

By connecting your services and authorizing Neo to act on your behalf, you assume all executed actions as your own — including publications, transmissions, purchases, operations, and changes made within the services you have connected.

You are solely responsible for the credentials, permissions, and scopes you grant, and for the consequences of the authorized actions, even when executed automatically and without your direct intervention at each step.

8. Nature of Outputs and Duty to Verify

NeoGoApp operates through third-party artificial intelligence models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your case, even when they appear correct.

You should not act on any output without independently verifying its accuracy. Decisions made based on use of the service — financial, investment, advertising, commercial, operational, or of any other nature — are your sole responsibility, as are their results and losses.

By way of illustration: anyone who chooses to trade automatically in financial markets, run advertising campaigns, or publish content through the service assumes in full the risks and outcomes of those operations.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use NeoGoApp for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Violation of third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy)
• Intentional overloading of service infrastructure
• Resale or sublicensing of the service without express authorization

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

The NeoGoApp platform, including code, design, brand, and the agents/flows served via MCP, is the exclusive property of the provider. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service under these terms.

You may not extract, copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or make available to third parties the agent, flow, skill, and instruction definitions served by the service, in whole or in part, nor attempt to circumvent the technical measures that protect them. The license granted is to use the service, not to reproduce its content. Using them for your own work, through the service, is exactly what you are subscribing for — taking them out of it is not.

Data and content you submit remain your property.

11. Availability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. There is no SLA. We strive to maintain high availability, acting on a best-effort basis and in the shortest time possible, but we depend on third-party platforms (Anthropic's Claude, Stripe, and the services you connect). Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoGoApp is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the service, nor for acts, failures, or unavailability of the third-party platforms on which the service depends.

NeoGoApp's total liability to any user is limited to the refund of the last payment made, plus the amount of one monthly fee corresponding to the month in which the event occurred — not exceeding, in total, the equivalent of two monthly fees.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeoGoApp from any claims, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including attorneys' fees) asserted by third parties arising out of the actions you authorized Neo to perform on your behalf, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

14. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these terms by reference.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of São Carlos/SP are elected to resolve any disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to the consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
